As the hours wind down on 2017, John and I would like to take this opportunity to wish each and every one of you a safe, prosperous New Year! We appreciate the opportunity you have all given us to live our dream. We look forward to seeing you again in the coming year!
We’re starting out 2018 early! We’ll be at the Appleton Farmers Market, held at City Center on College Avenue downtown, on January 6th and January 20th. Hours are 9am to 12:30 pm. Featuring veggies, meats, baked goods, homemade soup & dip mixes, handcrafted items, jewelry, rugs & more including gluten free items. This event is indoors! They had some wonderful locally-grown mushrooms when we visited in December. I made a delicious cream of mushroom soup with them. And if you’ve never tried watermelon radishes or turnips, now is your chance! Hope to see you there!
Our only other show in January is re: Craft & Relic, held in Franklin at the Milwaukee County Sports Complex, 6000 W. Ryan Road, on January 27th and 28th. Join thousands of Etsy-loving, Pinterest obsessed, DIY enthusiasts shopping for everything from shabby chic to European antiques, salvaged items, vintage and antique furniture for the home and garden, architectural salvage, vintage-inspired jewelry, repurposed and upcycled treasures, and beautiful handmade items. 10am to 4pm both days.
Sit back, relax and ring in the New Year! Be safe, be warm, and be fabulous! We’ll see you in a few weeks!
John & Trudie
